Lee Zachariah - First Assistant Director

For his sins, Lee has spent the last three years of his life as the co-host/co-writer/co-director of the award-winning Channel 31 movie review and news show The Bazura Project, interviewing such film luminaries as Richard Wolstencroft, George Miller (producer), Melanie Coombs, Sarah Watt, Chris Noonan, Everett De Roche, Jan Sardi, Nathan Phillips, Danny Boyle, Geoffrey Wright, Pixar's Jerome Ranft & Paul Topolos, Scott Hicks, Rolf de Heer, Gillian Armstrong, Brian Trenchard-Smith, Mark Hartley, Steven Berkoff ... you get the idea.

His favourite interviews from that time include Jason Schwartzman, James Hewison and Sue Maslin.

He also writes for the notorious website Ain’t It Cool News under the curious pseudonym of “Latauro”, editing the regular AICN-Downunder column.

He is also a freelance writer for Inside Film, Film Ink and Nerds Gone Wild.

He has also been known to work as a First AD - most recently on Cinema Viscera's Interchange.

In 2008, Lee was awarded "Best Director" at the Antenna Awards for The Bazura Project (which also won "Best Comedy Program" and "Best Arts Program").
