Tim Egan - Director of Photography

Based in Melbourne, Victoria, Tim Egan is a graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA), Film & Television - and now primarily works in the areas of Cinematography and Editing.

Film credits to date include Snowgum Films’, Trollbridge - an official adaptation of Terry Pratchett’s Discworld novella of the same name, horror film Light Bringer for Miss Aeryn Parker Productions and Smoke & Mirrors for 7th Floor Productions.

TV work includes the hugely successful The Bazura Project, which screened nationally in Australia and in 2008 was the winner of three Antenna Awards - "Best Comedy Program", "Best Director" and "Best Arts Program".

Tim also has a long list of credits working in advertising and corporate video work, as well as cutting trailers for several international films for pitching and marketing purposes, working under his own business name - Tim Egan Productions.

Tim’s next project as Cinematographer will be Franz Stampfl: The Man Behind the Miracle Mile (a documentary for TV broadcast) for Incognita Enterprises and an as yet untitled comedy project for ABCTV for the creators of The Bazura Project.
