Why Must The Show Go On? now has it's own Facebook page, which will also double as our update source for the film and the related projects we are now working on. We would like to say thank you to all those cast and crew and industry folk who attended the Why Must The Show Go On? official cast and crew launch last night at the Australian Centre For The Moving Image (ACMI) in Melbourne! We had over 80 people attend the screening and the laughter in the cinema was music to our ears! We would especially like to thank the ACMI staff for helping to make the night such a success and for assisting us in the smooth running of the screening and after party.

The feedback received was really positive and encouraging and we are very much looking forward to moving onto Phase Two of the project - details to be made public when available!

Thank you again to all those who attended and stay tuned for updates as they come to hand!

Happy New Year everyone! Well, it's almost a year since the cameras rolled on Why Must The Show Go On? and we're finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. The sound mix is now done and the film will be mastered this week. Preparations for the launch continue and the new-look wmtsgo.com site is now officially live!

We have decided on a venue for the launch - and a date - it will be held in February 2010. The launch will be invitation only and a chance for cast and crew to catch up and celebrate what is shaping up to be a funny and very enjoyable film (if we do say so ourselves). It also gives us a chance to say thank you to all those who supported the film. The sound edit continues while the film is being graded and readied for mastering. Oh, and while we're here - Merry Christmas everyone!

Final cut of the film film has now been completed! Now its onto the sound and music elements. Huge thank you to Tim Egan for the use of his edit suite and Daniel Knight of Snowgum Films for the use of his HD camera!

Nearing final cut on the edit! Starting to search for a venue for the launch and working on the new look website.

The first day of filming has been completed and lots of fun and madness was had/experienced by all! Only two more weeks to go!

Rehearsals are underway and everyone is in final pre-production mode ready for our first day of shooting on February 7th.
